Country Dance:

There are many forms of country dance (no, not like country music line dancing… this is americana/folk dance). My daughter started with English Country dance (think Jane Austen era dancing), and we also have expanded to contra, circle, square, etc.

The Triangle Country Dancers put on a wonderful evening for families. It’s really one of the few multi-generational things we do anymore, isn’t it? Everyone takes part and learns and helps others. They even take a fun break in the middle of the evening and kids come up and tell the crowd a joke they love. Such a wonderful evening.
